All you need to do to begin posting today is create a login.  Click the word "Register" and create a username and password.  A valid email address is also required.  Once you have filled in the appropriate fields, click "Ok."

Once you are logged into the system, click the category to which you would like to post an item (i.e. Caricatures, Chip Carving, General Carving, etc...).  You must enter the category first before you are given the option to submit an item.

Once you have chosen your category, look for the "Submit Ad" button.  On the next screen, you will see the form that gathers information about your listing.  Include a brief title for your product.  Describe your item in the description box.  All items posted must fit our guidelines for an appropriate listing (see disclaimer)

TIP: Include information about your location (for local pick-up) or terms/instructions for shipping and payment.  Buyers can send you an email by replying to your ad, but you may also add other contact information in the description as well.  For security purposes, you may not want to reveal personal contact info, but rely on the systems automatic reply option.

For uploading an image to enhance your listing, refer to Step Four.

By clicking "Browse" on the "Submit Ad" screen, locate the image on your computer and click open.  If the image does not fit our image size restrictions, you will receive an error.  Please prepare your images first.

Image restriction:  Please reduce your images before trying to upload them.  If you take a picture with your digital camera, it will most likely be too large.  Use your camera software, or any other imaging software to reduce the image first.  You may also find online image reducing tools online through a search engine.  Images must be reduced not to exceed the following limits:

Maximum Dimensions: 700 x 700 Pixels
Maximum File Size: 488 kilobytes (500,000 bytes)

We recommend files sizes no larger that 300 kilobytes and no larger than 500 x 500 pixels, but have allow you some flexibility.

Once you have finished your title, description, and image upload, click "Ok" to submit your ad.  Click the title of your ad to see the full ad display.  If you need to make any changes, click "modify" and make the appropriate changes. 

You may also click "delete" to remove your ad after an item has sold.  Ads will automatically be deleted after 90 days.  You need to be logged in to modify of delete ads in the future.
